Bridge
The bridge piece is my first in-depth attempt at incorporating Mudbox and Substance Designer in my work flow. The base mesh was made in Maya, exported to Mudbox where I sculpted the high-polygon mesh. I then exported the high and low poly maps to Substance Designer and baked them. I also built the stone and moss textures in Substance Designer, later painting them onto my low poly object in Substance Painter. The hardest part for me at this point was building the textures, which took a couple of hours, as I am still learning the process. I expect the pace to pick up as I become more familiar with Substance Designer, and look forward to my next project.
